Practice Schedule

Practices will be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all season for all age groups.

Monday and Wednesday is the emphasis for J5/6, but Tuesday is offered as an
option this season for them during the whole season.  

There will be no gate training on Tuesdays for the J5/6 but they will work on skills and drills on
Tuesday nights in January, February and March.

Be sure to check the calendar to see what discipline we will be practicing to be sure you are
bringing the correct equipment.

    the High School State Championships (2/18-2/20) and
    the WIJARA Spring fling (3/3- 3/4).

    is home of the USSA Central Division Championships.
