2021-2022 Fee Schedule

This Exhibit to Parks Junior Ski Foundation 2021-2022 Participant Application (“Exhibit”) is made and entered into by and between PARKS JUNIOR SKI RACE CLUB ("CLUB" or “Parks”) and Participant, being at least 18 years old, or a minor and his/her undersigned parent or legal guardian, signing on behalf of him/herself and the minor, pursuant to the terms of that certain Parks Junior Ski Foundation 2021-2022 Participant Application.

1 - USSA registration and fees are NOT included in the Parks-USSA fees. USSA registration and payment of fees are required to participate in USSA events. For more information, go to www.ussa.org and www.region2cussa.com. USSA may impose registration and fee payment deadlines that could delay or prohibit Participant’s involvement in USSA events

2 - Refer to www.region2cussa.com for USSA Ski Brule Slalom Training Registration. Even though there are no Parks- related fees with this event, each Participant is required to specify their intended involvement within this Exhibit so Parks can staff the event with the appropriate number of coaches.
