2006 USSA Results:

Jan.14-15: Marquette
The athletes attending the Shelley Glover Memorial Race were treated to a great race. The weather in Marquette was warm (for the season), the course (once slipped) was firm and the competition (low points) was very good. Because of the quality of the event, our athletes had the opportunity to compare and contrast themselves to some of the best ski racers in the Midwest has to offer. All of our athletes tried their best against the best. Some of our athletes didn't meet the expectations they had set for themselves, but left with the resolve to improve. After all, that's why we race; to measure our ability to another's. For everyone attending the race, we learned where our abilities were, saw where we would like them to go, and felt the desire to get there!
